Calissa

At Calissa, Mykonos meets the Hamptons. With a menu focused on classic recipes and fresh ingredients from the Aegean Islands, it’s the perfect place to grab a Mediterranean-inspired spritz or a bottle of wine for the table. For a more intimate vibe, check out their cozy après-ski chalet, stocked with fondue and spiked hot chocolate.

Sagaponack

The motto “from seed to glass” rings true at the Sagaponack Farm Distillery. Located on the same land where they grow their crops, their tasting room features a long list of unique products—from single spud whiskey to rhubarb liqueur. Stop by to sample a cocktail or any of their award-winning estate-grown spirits, and bring a bottle back with you.

75 Main

The chic and beachy atmosphere of 75 Main is a must-visit destination during a night out on the town. The contemporary American cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients and a well-curated wine list has earned the restaurant much-deserved praise. Head in for dinner, grab a sangria or a mojito, and enjoy the bustling Main Street scene.

American Hotel

American Hotel is one of nine restaurants in New York State to receive the “Grand Award for One of the Greatest Wine Lists in the World.” Their selection rests on three legs: classic French, emerging American, and eclectic Italian. No matter which option you choose, your taste buds will thank you. The combination of a full carafe, pleasing ambiance, tasty food, and top-notch service makes American Hotel a can’t-miss stop on your Hamptons tour.

Oakland’s

Sunset and water views lure big crowds to this fish-focused American eatery. Settle in at Oakland’s open-air bar, listen to live music, and sip a refreshing beverage. We recommend the coconut ginger martini or the berry lemonade. Rather have something classic? Order a craft beer and chow down on their short rib sliders, sautéed shrimp quesadillas, and oysters du jour.

El Verano

Margarita lovers, rejoice! El Verano is the place to go for frozen and classic varieties of this tequila-forward drink. Are you bold enough to try their pumpkin spice marg? Or would you prefer a paloma with refreshing grapefruit flavors? There are plenty of unique options to try at this signature Southampton spot. Stop by for happy hour every day from 4-7 pm and pair your drink with shareable bites, from nachos to sushi.

Centro

You don’t need to travel far to experience the wonders of Italy. Centro trattoria and bar, located in Hampton Bays, is an Italian restaurant and wine bar with a fresh take on old-world favorites. Sticking to their roots, they offer region-specific drinks, like a Sicilian margarita with San Pellegrino Aranciata. They also have an extensive wine list, with options from Tuscany to Veneto. Order by the glass or bottle and be transported to the Mediterranean coastline.

Tutto Caffe

Not ready to leave Italy just yet? Visit Tutto Caffe, a modern Italian-style café and bar that serves delicious organic coffee, wine, and cocktails. They also offer an impressive list of mocktails for those who don’t want to indulge. Have your drink of choice—we recommend the espresso martini or the classic negroni—with an authentic pastry or panini.

Canoe Place

We could never forget about our beloved Canoe Place. A site of classy proportions, our iconic inn and cottage features several spots to stop and enjoy a drink. Sit at The Tavern’s long bar with friends and neighbors, book The Bottle Room for more intimate events, or spend the afternoon on the beautiful outdoor terrace, our “garden by the sea.” From seasonal cocktails to sought-after wine and spirits, our mixologists and sommeliers serve a range of fresh beverages throughout the year. Whether you opt for local selections or celebratory rosés, there’s something for everyone.
