Trust

Based on the work she does with corporate client teams and individuals, Joanne Heyman will share effective tools that can be put into practice in any setting. Spoiler alert – it starts with you! How we show up, speak, behave, listen, and respond is in our control, and it is the starting point for healthy and sustainable interactions. Everywhere.

The Art of Disagreement
We think of disagreement as negative, but there is a very real opportunity to reframe it as not only something positive, but even essential! Every great idea is just a spectacular disagreement with some other great idea! In fact, intelligent disagreement is the lifeblood of any thriving society. When we think of disagreement as a dialogue, or a health debate we enter the conversation with a different mindset and potentially a different set of goals. Now, in our polarized society, we see disagreement as the beginning of an end instead of an opening to learning and growth. And possibly even alignment.
