Building Rituals for Daily Life

With intention, creativity, honesty, and humor, we can create practices and engage in rituals old and new that give our days, weeks and months a sense of meaning, joy, peace—and even the sacred. In this session, led by renowned integrative coach Joanne Heyman, participants will deconstruct the nature of ritual and commit to creating practices that support their physical and mental health and connect them to their deepest sense of identity, family and history. From there, we’ll design – and commit to – new habits and practices that align with the vision we have for the ways we want to live, work and be …as individuals and in community.
