Join us for brunch in partnership with Long Island Wine Country’s Blanc & Franc Series — a celebration of exceptional Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc wines from across the East End. This seasonal gathering pairs thoughtfully curated dishes with standout local wines, bringing together the flavors, community, and easygoing spirit that define Long Island wine country. We’re proud to partner with Ev & Em Vineyards, Wölffer Estate Vineyard, and Paumanok Vineyards for a brunch experience featuring seasonal fare, curated pairings, and warm hospitality set within our historic grounds. Celebrate the season with coastal wines, vibrant flavors, and a lively afternoon.

Ev & Em Vineyards

Ev&Em Vineyards was founded by Dan Abrams, named in honor of his children, Everett and Emilia. In 2021, the tasting room and wine making facilities were renovated with the goal in mind of producing world-class wines that Dan and his managing partner Vanessa Price believe Long Island is capable of achieving. With nearly 20 acres currently under vine, some of our vines are now 40 years old, providing concentrated and elegant fruit to make some of the finest wines Long Island has to offer.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard

For over 35 years, Wölffer Estate Vineyard has been one of the East Coast’s premier producers of wines, ciders, and spirits, known for innovation, hospitality, and a signature style shaped by the maritime climate of the Hamptons. Founded in 1988 by Christian Wölffer and now led by Marc and Joey Wölffer alongside Winemaker Roman Roth, Wölffer Estate sustainably farms the 55-acre vineyard in Sagaponack, NY, along with vineyard partnerships across Long Island and around the world. Wölffer is proud to produce Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc, two wines that thrive in Long Island’s coastal climate and beautifully express the balance, freshness, and elegance that define Wölffer wines!

Paumanok Vineyards

Family-owned and proudly rooted in the North Fork of Long Island, Paumanok Vineyards has built a reputation for producing elegant, terroir-driven wines that reflect the unique character of the region. Founded by the Massoud family, Paumanok combines meticulous vineyard practices with a philosophy centered on balance, purity, and restraint. Best known for its exceptional Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, the winery crafts expressive wines that showcase the maritime climate and rich agricultural heritage of Long Island wine country.
