Join us for an extraordinary evening as we host a Farm-to-Table Dinner led by none other than Mike Anthony, the celebrated Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Gramercy Tavern. Mike joined Gramercy Tavern in 2006, and under his leadership, the restaurant has earned a 3-star New York Times review and two James Beard Awards.  In this takeover dinner, Chef Mike will bring his dynamic, seasonal menu to life, through partnering with local farmers and purveyors.

This exclusive dinner is more than just a meal—it’s a journey of flavors that draws from the landscape and the seasons, each dish striking a perfect balance between rustic charm and fine dining elegance. Featuring local proteins and seasonal vegetables, the Farm-to-Table 4 Course Dinner will showcase the very best of the Hamptons, where the farm truly meets the table in the most delicious, sustainable, and meaningful way.

As the evening unfolds, the experience will be further elevated by a live performance from Brooklyn-based Kennedy Administration, led by powerhouse vocalist KENNEDY. With a vibrant fusion of jazz, soul, and other genres, their music promises to be as dynamic and inspiring as the dinner itself, creating an unforgettable atmosphere where every note and every bite celebrates the best of the season.

First Course

  • Royal Red Shrimp Cocktail
  • Paired with Pinot Grigio – Long Island AVA 2022 (Channing Daughters)

 

Second Course

  • Sauteed Atlantic Halibut with Pole Beans and Potato Salad
  • Paired with Bourgogne Blanc,  Eclat de Calquaire 2022, Pierre Girardin, France

 

Main Course 

  • Fire-Grilled Herb Chicken with Smokey Charred Sweet Corn and Pickled Peppers
  • Paired with Pinot Noir Reserve, McCall 2014, Northfork Long Island, NY

 

Dessert 

  • Panna Cotta with Pink Peppercorn, Lemon verbena and Melon Granite
  • Paired with Wolffer Estate Vineyard Diosa Late Harvest Long Island
