- Who: Whether you’re staying with us at Canoe Place Inn & Cottages, the Waterfront Residences, or simply joining for the experience, all are welcome to attend this complimentary yoga class—no registration required, just show up!
- When: Join us every Wednesday, starting on June 25 – August 27, 2025
- Where: Meet us on the Great Lawn at Canoe Place, located at 239 E Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays.
- What to Bring:
- Please bring a yoga mat (available to borrow if needed)
- A refillable water bottle (a hydration station will be on-site)
- Sunscreen for your comfort during this outdoor experience
- After class: Join us for Wine Wednesday on the Terrace, where coastal breezes meet a tranquil garden setting—perfect for unwinding after your flow.

Yoga at Canoe Place
- Wednesdays: Ease into the heart of your week with our restorative Wednesday ritual—Wellness Wednesdays starting at 4:30PM at Canoe Place. This complimentary, all-levels session offers a grounding reset to carry you through the days ahead. Afterward, unwind on the Terrace for Wine Wednesday, where relaxed garden vibes and coastal breezes set the tone. Whether you’re a guest of Canoe Place or simply joining us for the experience, all are welcome.
- Saturdays: Every Saturday morning at 10AM throughout the summer. Begin your weekend with a nature-inspired yoga flow guided by the beloved instructors of Doza Yoga Studio. This complimentary, all-levels open-air session invites you to move mindfully and connect deeply in a serene outdoor setting. After class, ease into the day with our all-day brunch on the Terrace—set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
