Canoe Place Inn Staycation Contest Official Rules
Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal residents of New York, aged 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Canoe Place Inn, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit their email address at www.canoeplace.com/staycation. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Contest Period:
The contest begins on March 22, 2025 and ends on April, 30, 2025. Entries must be submitted before April 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
Prize:
One winner will receive a two-night staycation at Canoe Place Inn, located in Hampton Bays, NY. The prize also includes a $200 food and beverage credit to be used during the stay. Prize must be used within one year of the contest’s end date. Blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply.
Selection of Winner:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or around May 5, 2025. The winner will be notified via email within 5 days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
General Terms & Conditions:
By participating in the contest, participants agree to comply with all contest rules and regulations. The winner agrees to allow the use of their name, image, and likeness in any promotional material without additional compensation. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be allowed. Canoe Place Inn are not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other factors beyond their control.

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the contest and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
