Bar Rêve arrives at Canoe Place Inn for a limited-time residency from July 7 through July 12, bringing the bar’s distinctly Parisian perspective to the understated elegance of the Hamptons. The collaboration pairs Bar Rêve’s signature cocktail program with subtle seasonal influences inspired by the East End.

Throughout the residency, guests can experience cocktails crafted nightly by the New York team inside The Study, Canoe Place’s intimate cocktail space. Hotel guests can also enjoy a curated selection of spritzes and cocktail-inspired ice creams served poolside throughout the week, offering a relaxed extension of the residency’s French aperitif culture.
