Set in our historic Front Courtyard and the open-air elegance of the Rotunda, Cars & Conversations offers a curated display of rare and distinguished automobiles, accompanied by coffee, refreshing whole-leaf iced teas from PLAIN-T Southampton's signature Tea Car, light bites, and engaging conversation. Guests can enjoy handcrafted iced teas throughout the morning while exploring the collection and connecting with fellow enthusiasts

Step into the Good Ground Tavern kitchen and cook alongside Executive Chef Mathew Woolf and his culinary team.

No set menus. No cookie-cutter classes. Each experience is designed around you—your tastes, interests and what you want to learn. Cook a seasonal main course and dessert, pick up a few chef tricks along the way, then sit down together to enjoy what you’ve created over lunch and a glass of wine.
